Saturday, September 19, 2026 Immediately following the 11:30 a.m. Opening Ceremonies Wildwood Village Green

This project has been a long journey, and so many people have contributed their time, expertise, support, and care along the way. I am reaching out because you have been part of that journey, and I sincerely hope you will be there to celebrate this milestone with us.

The brief ceremony will include remarks from Mayor Garritano, Historic Preservation Commission representatives, along with a member of the Essen family, followed by the official unveiling and ribbon-cutting.

It has taken many years and many hands to bring the Essen Log Cabin to its new home at the Village Green. It will be very special to have so many of the people who helped make it possible together for the occasion.
