Secure. Responsible. Certified.

Overview

  • ReNewed provides secure, compliant electronic scrap (e‑waste) recycling and IT asset disposition (ITAD) from Missouri, serving North America and Global via our freight partner. We handle pickup, drop‑off, and full lifecycle processing at ReNewed‑certified facilities with a zero‑landfill downstream policy.

What we offer

  • Secure IT Asset Disposition (ITAD): On‑site inventory, asset tagging, chain‑of‑custody tracking, and optional refurbishment/remarketing.
  • Data Protection & Destruction: NIST 800‑88r1‑aligned sanitization and physical destruction (shredding/crushing) for drives and media; photographic and serial‑number documentation.
  • Pickup & Logistics: Scheduled curbside pickup, white‑glove removals, sealed containers, tamper‑evident manifests, and bulk transport.
  • Hazardous Component Handling: Safe separation and disposal of batteries, CRTs, mercury‑containing devices, and other regulated components.
  • Certificates & Documentation: Missouri State Exemption handling when applicable, itemized processing reports, and a Certificate of Destruction (CoD) provided upon delivery and processing.

How it works

1) Request & Schedule

  • Submit an estimated inventory via online form or call. Choose pickup, drop‑off, or scheduled decommissioning.

2) Pre‑authorization & Paperwork

  • We are verified in Missouri and prepare manifests, and issue a service agreement.

3) Pickup / Delivery

  • Materials move in sealed containers with a signed chain‑of‑custody manifest at transfer.

4) Processing & Destruction

  • Items are logged, categorized (refurbish/resell/recycle/destruct), and data‑bearing devices are sanitized or destroyed per policy.

5) Certificate & Report

  • Within 48 hours of processing completion you receive: an itemized processing report, Missouri exemption forms (if applicable), and a Certificate of Destruction.

Documentation you receive

  • Chain‑of‑custody manifest signed at pickup/delivery.
  • Missouri State Exemption paperwork (when applicable).
  • Itemized Processing Report listing items processed and disposition.
  • Certificate of Destruction — date/time of processing, destruction method, facility name/address, serial numbers when available, and authorized signature.
  • Final recycling disposition confirming zero‑landfill downstream handling and partner certifications.

Accepted materials

  • Desktops, laptops, servers, hard drives, SSDs, networking gear, cell phones, tablets, printers, UPS, power supplies, circuit boards, batteries (Li‑ion, lead acid), CRTs, monitors, and other electronic scrap.
  • Some items (large CRTs, certain batteries, broken TVs) may carry handling fees — quoted at intake.

Security & compliance

  • Chain‑of‑custody from pickup through final disposition.
  • Data destruction certified to NIST 800‑88r1 with photographic evidence and serial‑number‑level reporting.
